Sin Azúcar No Hay Pais

Without sugar, there is no country!! Here is my latest attempt to experience a cocktail from Cuba 😉


Clem The Cuban


This cocktail is not as famous as Mojito because it is not created by a famous bartender or a bar. I really don’t know the origin, but it tastes great. And it is so easy and also refreshing.


Ingredients:

Apple Schnapps ( a bit )

1 mint sprout

2 slices of lime

2 tablespoons Havana Club Rom

Crushed Ice


How:

Mix the Schnapps, mint sprouts, and lime wedges in the cocktail blender, and add the rum and a spoonful of crushed ice. Shake it very gently and strain it twice and pour it into the glass.


I tried a couple of Cuban cocktails lately, and I guess after Covid, Cuba will be one of the first places I will be visiting. Of course, not only because of cocktails but also its colorful architecture, Cuban music, and Salsa ❤
